While we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our amenities, we have taken extra precautions of our cleaning process to use CDC’s recommendations for sanitation.
By visiting playground and courts area voluntarily, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
In consideration of others, when visiting the playground, please bring your own sanitizer, and wipes. Please keep the maximum to no more than 10 persons at one given time.
Please be respectful and kind of all residents at all times.
In consideration of all residents, tenants, guest, and invitees the pool will remain closed until June 11. The pool will be re-open without furniture and temporary rules due to COVID- 19. The Board and Management team will monitor closely the daily activities to make sure all rules are followed by the residents. In the event of residents not following the rules the pool area will be closed again.

When walking your dog off your property, it should be on a leash and you must pick up after them.
Please remind all visitors/vendors to enter Belmere through the main gate located off of Maguire. Roberson gate is exclusive for residents.
